Mandy is A GEM. Answered every question I had (and I had a lot), chased down answers and documentation to the last sheet of paper, juggled a thousand different bits of info for me and a remote co-signer, arranged inspections and roof bids and just about a hundred other details during a pretty short inspection window — and during the final walk-through when there turned out to be gallons of water soaking through the ceiling, she had no fewer than six people on the phone within half an hour, a roofer scheduled to come at 8 a.m. the next day, and (somehow, still) a smile on her face. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Mandy’s skill, expertise, and patience for a first-time home purchase, and on top of that she was consistently reassuring, trustworthy, and just a delight to hang out with. A gem!!
